Who’s Who in Literature

This term Year 9 are starting a module to introduce both a range of literature in prose and poetry and also to embed SLIME and SCASI approaches to unseen and prepared analysis. Both of these disciplines feature in their eventual IGCSE papers. Here is their workbook of texts. I have gone for quite a wide range – the prose is deliberately quite long and would not be used in its entirety for analysis. Riddley Walker comes under the heading of “stretch and challenge” – why not?
