True adherents of SOLO may wince at this, but the lesson is aimed at suggesting a pathway to answering the comparative poetry question in Edexcel Certificate English Literature examinations.
I use the SOLO terminology to address the choice and comparison of a pair of poems from Anthology C.
The lesson followed a session when students had tried to compile lists/tables to assist in comparison.
